Worth reading if you want to invest in the stock market on your own without a broker。 It is an old book but timeless。 The principles will apply 200 years from now。

Yes I picked the book because of its title and also its mentioned it's a classic book so I had to give it a go。 The author has written about his own experiences and how he made the fortune in his life。 Honestly it's a short book and the author has covered and taught us so much。 I must say I learned new things。 And yes I think it's a bit tough, the book i mean maybe it's not for beginners I think。 And I would have liked it more if the cover was more attractive。 But I liked it and I think everyone Yes I picked the book because of its title and also its mentioned it's a classic book so I had to give it a go。 The author has written about his own experiences and how he made the fortune in his life。 Honestly it's a short book and the author has covered and taught us so much。 I must say I learned new things。 And yes I think it's a bit tough, the book i mean maybe it's not for beginners I think。 And I would have liked it more if the cover was more attractive。 But I liked it and I think everyone should give it a try。 I'm very happy I'm exploring more on this genre。 。。。more

InspiringI really enjoyed reading this book。 Obviously Mr。 Darvas was an intelligent and determined person。 It's inspiring to me he accomplished his amazing feat using , for the most part, only his copy of Barron's and his work ethic。 He visually poured over the lists of stock prices and tracked everything on paper。 No PC or Excel back then。 He developed his system entirely on his own。 There's more than that to the story but I don't want to spoil the enjoyment of reading it for yourself。 InspiringI really enjoyed reading this book。 Obviously Mr。 Darvas was an intelligent and determined person。 It's inspiring to me he accomplished his amazing feat using , for the most part, only his copy of Barron's and his work ethic。 He visually poured over the lists of stock prices and tracked everything on paper。 No PC or Excel back then。 He developed his system entirely on his own。 There's more than that to the story but I don't want to spoil the enjoyment of reading it for yourself。 。。。more
